Yes, these BRAND NEW DVDs are sealed as from the manufacturer, NOT bootlegs!

3. Can I sell you my movies from my personal collection?

4. Will the DVDs work in my player?

As long as your player can read Region 1 DVDs (and all American makes do- email if there are questions).

5. Do you give discounts on bulk purchases?

All sales will be shipped within the next 2 business days after payment clears. Buyer MUST give accurate address information or will be responsible for undelivered packages. If only one item is purchased it will go out First Class mail, and should be received within 3 days (Domestic Only). Multi-item orders will be sent Media Mail, by default. Contact us for other shipping arrangements. Sorry, delivery is NOT AVAILABLE to APOs or FPOs as of right now.

*** NOTE With Media Mail as your method, the trade-off for value is time; Although a 9 day turn around is normal, Media Mail can take up to 21 days from ship date to arrive (including weekends and holidays). All NEW DVDs will be refunded NO QUESTIONS ASKED, provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt unopened. In this case, buyer is required to pay the shipping charge to ship back in addition to the already paid shipping. Item must be returned undamaged and include all merchandise you wish to return plus packaging, paperwork, invoice, DVD case, etc. originally shipped shipped (packaging, paperwork, invoice, DVD case, etc...). We strongly suggest taking a picture prior to mailing back so that you have recourse with your carrier should damage occur, as mailing back to us in this case is as buyer’s own risk. Further, all return deliveries are at buyer’s risk, insurance is recommended . THIS CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE and is for your protection. Returns MUST be packaged to withstand the normal rigors of transit and not bear a descriptive label or packaging which describes, or alludes to, the nature of the contents.

Returns

Each tarot candle is lovingly packed when it is sent to you so as to reduce the risk of it breaking. Should you happen to receive a tarot candle that is broken, or otherwise not acceptable, please let us know so that we can make it right for you! We will accept returns for buyer remorse, but shipping and handling is the buyer's responsibility and the item needs to be returned unbroken. For this reason insurance is highliy recommended. Shipsurance is an economical provider of insurance, which runs $1.05 for the entire shipment. PLease ask any questions prior to ordering, we will even be able to send pictures to you. The labels are painstakingly assembled by hand in a time-consuming process to ensure that the extra material is removed from around the borders. At times there may be a small piece that we were unable to remove, this is not a defect in the item. If you chose you can send it back (after paying return shipping and handling) and we can create another one. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the item won't have extra material on it and shipping and handling will need to be paid to ship it back to you.

Shipping

All of our tarot candles are sent out Priority Mail unless you would like to have it upgraded. The Shipping and Handling is just $9.00 for the first tarot candle and up to 3 tarot candles more for just $1.50 each! You will receive your new tarot candles withiin 2 business days (Domestic Only). Canadian shipments are $25.95 (American) for the first tarot candle and up to 3 tarot candles more for just $2.00 (American) each and take between 6-10 business days. U.K shipments- please contact us for rates.
