Returns All Sales Should be Considered Final Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions
If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for
refund, credit or replacement within 7 days, no questions asked.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition.
The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and
enclosures that shipped with the product.
If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard
box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable
To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email us with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of
the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake,
we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment

Shipping We ship our software WORLDWIDE All products are shipped from the U.S.A. Shipping is Monday through Friday We ship the next day after you have paid for your purchase except for weekends. Shipping to U.S.A. We offer the following shipping methods United States Postal Service (USPS) Federal Express (FEDEX) Shipping is quoted for USPS, if you wish to have your order shipped with another carrier,
please specify the type of service you require before you pay for your purchase.
If you do not specify a shipping method, we will choose the lowest cost service from the following USPS Priority Mail/1st class mail Shipping rates are based on total weight of your order.
All orders are shipped in bubble pack mailers or new boxes.
