We only use Royal Mail Tracked, ParcelForce, or Special Delivery service for a faster more secure service for our customers. Please note a telephone number may be required for the delivery if the ParceForce option is selected and a signature will be needed for all deliveries.

Our Postal charges are dependent upon weight and destination, the cost will be shown in each listing. The rates shown are for UK mainland postal codes only.

Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.

Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.

Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.


How long does delivery take?:

Delivery normally takes a couple of working days for our tracked service. But if you want it faster we do offer a next working day Special Delivery Service, please select when you make your purchase.

Delivery days are working days and exclude weekends and bank Holidays


How are my local customs and tax issues handled?:

There will be no customs issues as all of our products dispatched from UK based warehouses.

mypetsnmorecouk, want all our customers to be happy customers, so we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee return and exchange policy for unused and unwashed products. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, dont hesitate to contact our customer service department via the contact us regarding your purchase: You will need,1) Auction item number & date of purchase, 2) Product in question, 3) Problem, and 4) Whether you would like an exchange or refund, and they will then advise you on the next course of action to take.


What is the procedure for return?:

After contacting our customer service department via Contact Us link with your details including: your: 1) Auction item number & date of purchase, 2) Product in question, 3) Problem, and 4) Whether you would like an exchange or refund, our customer service department will guide you through the rest of the exchange and return process. We would require that you send the order back to us for inspection, after which we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or for a full refund of your order to be made back to you depending on your request.

If you just change your mind and no long want the item we will accept the return providing you follow the instructions and return it back to us within the 30 days. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us in good un-used condition so please pack the item well and retain the tracking number. There is a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.

We only refund postal costs if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt all other return postal charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please retain tracking information for all returns as we cannot refund or exchange if we do not receive the return.


Damaged in post?:

If your parcel looks damaged please either reject it as damaged or sign stating LOOKS DAMAGED.  We can then claim from Royal Mail for the loss. Claims can take up to 3 weeks.

Please note: If you return and item without providing the correct information or contacting us first there may be a severe delay processing your return.

We offer secure payment options in the form of direct bank payment, debit and credit cards all Via Paypal.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We sell on multiple auction sites as well as our own website so please note on occasion your purchase may have gone out of stock. We will email you with a delivery date if this does happen, and give you the option to wait for new stock or have your payment refunded. Normally our new stock arrives within 7 working days unless the item has been discontinued.
