Vintage Union Manufacturing Co. Universal Hand Food Chopper, New Britain Connecticut, I do not know what all you can chop with it but guess you can do a bunch of different things. It is very heavy. The pamphlet says it is made of precision milled iron castings.  There is the main part of the chopper that attached to the counter or table, the handle, the auger like spindle 2 nuts and 3 blades (I think) I am not 100% sure but based on the pamphlet it looks like there is 1 coarse cutter, 1 medium and 1 fine.
