Vintage Dubilier 691 Silvered Mica capacitor in brown bakelite case marked 0.004uf 250V (500V AC test). Size (mm) : 39 x 24 x 7 thick excluding wire connection. Used and have been kept in drawer loose for many years so may have some cosmetic marks – see photos. They have measured capacitance marked on them. All tested > 50 MegOhm with 500V Megger.
