Seller's Description
A Victrola Red Label from the 1910's and one of the "Big Three" in label names. This single-sided recording still plays fairly well, and a decent gloss has been maintained. Mostly clean (a few spots), but some background noise is to be expected. Moderate scratches and some label wear, but no chips or skips. A 2-inch hairline is beginning to show on the rim but does not, as yet, present a problem with the audio.
Side 74593 presents the 4th Movement (Festival At Bagdad) of, Rimsky - Korsakow's Opus 35 "Scheherazade", conducted by Leopold Stokowski with the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra.
