Unprecedented parcel volumes combined with new safety protocols, reduced international flights, and pandemic measures worldwide are creating delays for customers. We have adjusted our delivery standards to better reflect expected delivery times, however service may not be consistent. Some items may be delivered well beyond published delivery standards.

As we have to purchase packing material, there will be a handling fee. We will pack as small and light as possible to keep shipping costs down for you. We do not expect to profit from shipping, and will charge actual shipping costs only plus a small and reasonable fee for packing material. The fee varies depending on size of the parcel and will range between $0.50 and $4.50. 

We do combine orders upon request to save you on S&H, but will hold items for a maximum of 7 days only. Please wait for combined invoice.

We take pride in packing your shipment to enable it to survive normal transportation. Our risk for the merchandise and shipping ends as soon the parcel is accepted by our local post office. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping!          

International shipments might be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please check with your customs office as these charges are your responsibility.
