Seller's Description
Victor Records have long been thought of as some of the finest recordings for audio quality and one of the "Big Three" in label names.
Offered here in NEAR MINT condition are several operetta melodies. As clean and glossy as they come! Pure audio, with incidental wear so light it can't be assessed.
Frank Parker began his singing career as a tenor in 1926 and appeared with Harry Horlick's orchestra in 1933. He was a regular on radio and television in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Side 27308-A presents his rendition of "Rose Marie" from the operetta of the same name.
Side 27308-B features "Song Of The Vagabonds" and "Some Day", from the operetta "The Vagabond Song" . Both are sung by Margaret Daum, soprano, and Stanley McClelland, baritone, with mixed chorus.
