The 1999 Signature Bear is a celebearity in his own right. Ty Inc. is known for its bears, and this is a great example of one. The light brown and gray speckled fabric of his coat gives it a rich appearance. Embroidered on his chest is a red heart that reads 1999 and Ty (as in Ty Warner, maker of the Beanie Baby) in white. A maroon satin ribbon with gold trim adorns his neck. His endearing face has a black button nose and eyes. This bear has neither a poem nor a birthday.
