Besides normal protection declared by 9+H Tempered Glass Protection for your Brand New iPhone 12, we have added to our Screen Protectors with an extra Silicone (Night Glowing) Rim, raised by 1.0mm in Height giving added Protection.  This small and clever design is the first of it's kind; with this raised rim protection, minor chipped corners, or chipped sides of Screen Protectors caused by tear and wear, or little bumps, will no longer happen nor cause problems superficially or feeling of minor cracked sharp edges.

All purchased items Includes Postage & Packing regardless of the weight of your package and will be shipped via Standard Airmail Services supplied by Hong Kong Post/China Post, this can take between 15-25 working days to reach your Delivery Address. Please allow for minor delays due to extreme weather conditions, Governments enforced Cross Borders Restriction or Bank Holidays in the UK, USA, Hong Kong & China. Should the package not reached you within the mentioned period of purchasing, please e-mail us so that we can investigate into the matter for you.

We promise to reply all our e-mail enquiries within a 24 hour or less period to ensure our customers peace of mind, if we are unable to accurately answer your questions, we will notify you of the reason and inform you of a time scale whereby we can provide a proper and accurate answer.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 15 days of receipt of order, cancellations after ordering are not accepted, you will have to wait for the package to get to you and apply for a return and refund of the product. Customers are responsible for the return Postage & Packing.

All purchased items are fully refundable within 15 days from the receipt date if the customer no longer requires the product, providing the item is unused, undamaged and unopened. Postage consumed by delivering your product to you from your initial purchase are non-refundable. Customers will be refunded upon our receipt of the original item.

If the product is damaged on arrival or if the item have been “Lost in Transit” during delivery, whereby the customer does not receive their purchases within a 45 days window from the date of the completed payment transaction, you can contact us by e-mail and we will be more than happy to send off a replacement to you on the following working day. We will bear the cost of the Postage again to send a replacement. If however the product is irreplaceable due to Out-of-Stock or manufacturer no longer produces the item, we will offer a full refund for your purchase excluding the consumed postage or replace by a similar cost product of your choice..

In any case, we will definitely inform you of the circumstances and offer our customer an option to either obtain a replacement, a refund or selecting an alternative product of similar costs.
