Seller's Description

Original 1954 British 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1950 Felix E. Feist Biographical Drama TREASON, based on the personal papers of József Cardinal Mindszenty and starring Charles Bickford, Bonita Granville, Paul Kelly and Richard Derr.

The film uses the framing device of a speech to members of the Overseas Press Club of America by a journalist who has just returned from Budapest where he witnessed the treason trial of Mindszenty. He also tells the story of Stephanie Varna, a young teacher who decides to stake a moral stand against Communism despite her love for a Russian officer.

On the reverse is the 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1950 Robert Emmett Tansey Drama THE FIGHTING STALLION

Released from a navy hospital following WW II, Lon Evans learns that he faces eventual blindness and returns to his Wyoming ranch. He sees a beautiful white stallion named Starlight and his cowhands Lem and Yancy say he is a killer and cannot be trained. Lon disproves this by training the stallion to act as his guide in preparation for his future blindness..
