Text on reverse: COMEDIANS HONOUR THE MEMORY OF THE ‘PRIME MINISTER OF MIRTH’ December 15th 1954... Arriving at St. Paul’s Cathedral, London, for the memorial service held there today (Wednesday) for the late Sir George Robey are comedians TOMMY TRINDER (left) and ‘WEE’ GEORGIE WOOD. Sir George, the ‘Prime Minister of Mirth’, died on November 29 at the age of 85.
The still is in very good condition with slight warping due to snipe attached to reverse and minor surface creases.
