THE UNEXPECTED # 105 (1st Issue) - 1968 - VF! Aliens! Witches!! $65.00 Shipped!
This issue, released in Feb. 1968 was the very 1st UNEXPECTED Comic, just having had the title name changed from "Tales of the Unexpected" (I have those two final issues up for sale now also!)
This is in pretty high grade, especially for it's age....Flat, Clean & Colorful with all pages complete with just a whiff of wear along the corners!
"The Night I Watched Myself Die!" is by Carl Wessler and Bob Brown, which shows A man being pursued by an assassin leads him into a packed theater...with Unexpected consequenses!
"Daydreams that Became a Nightmare!" is by Lee Elias, as a Newspaper Editor dreams of The Loch Ness Monster, His Wife and Aliens...but the Aliens AREN'T a dream!!
"The Island of the Enchantress!" is by Ruben Moreira, as a Ship's Crew on a remote island in the Mediterranean Sea encounter the legendary Spell-Caster Circe!!
"The Human Phantom!" by Otto Binder, Gil Kane and Inker Joe Giella finds Joe Todd, the Prince of Escapes, who finds even he cannot escape Negative Matter!
