Offered is the first ever hardcover version of Harrison's novel. It was published by Nelson Doubleday as a book club edition in October 1982. This is a second printing as indicated by the gutter code M41 (M40 is a first printing) on page 184. The dust jacket is in decent shape except that on the back portion, there are two hard creases, one on the top, the other on the bottom. The corners all have some wear. The book itself has a small "dent" on the spine but other than that, is in fine shape. Interior pages have discolored just a bit.
