Overall condition is acceptable. There is no publication date given in the book which was a self-published book through Lulu Press. It is currently not listed on Lulu.com any longer. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, corner rounding, some creasing in the upper and lower right corners, scuffing, and wrinkling/some peeling of the cover coating. The back cover is much the same as the front save little creasing but more scuffing and the coating is more or less intact. The spine has a single vertical crease with moderate edge wear. Interior pages are still pretty white.
