Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a dog ear crease in the upper and lower right corners, a crease running parallel to the spine as caused by reading, and a small tear in the lower left corner. The back cover has minor to moderate edge wear, some indents, creasing in the upper left corner, a crease parallel to the spine, and some scuffing. The spine has two vertical creases with moderate edge wear. Interior pages have discolored with age and there is moisture staining but no evidence of molding.
