After two years on the shelf away from writing handicapping methods, yours truly gave in to his inner demons and began to develop a new formula designed to work so fast it would make The Flash look like he was running in place.

The process took several months of trial and error before the basic idea took a spiraled path toward becoming a gem of stunning brilliance and set off to take over the world.  

Alright, enough of the friendly hyperbole in favor of some brass tacks, some straight talk. The fact is that my output since 2002, have all earned 7’s and 8’s when critically examined by Phillips Racing Newsletter, the bible of the biz. Also, most of them made their annual Top Ten lists as well. 

My ability to churn out winning methods has never been questioned as I summarily skunked so-called “expert” strategies flooding the marketplace during this timeframe.

The sub-title of QPC is The $implest $uper-$pot Racing $ystem This $ide of the $un and you can take that assertion to the bank because you’ll find selections in, not hours or minutes, but seconds! Even my no-brainer best-selling tote-board system, Playday Payday, can’t make that claim.

Most weekday cards will produce between one and three plays while you’ll find weekends with generally better crops a larger stable to select from, meaning action players can expect four solid plays a day per track on average.

This is absolutely not a formula that picks favorites. A three-month workout covering more than 200 races at scores of tracks across the U.S. revealed positive results across the board that eclipsed all but two of my earlier methods. The numbers included a high average win mutual of $16.72 for a remarkable +114% return on investment. Even if QPC does half that well for you, it’s a solid moneymaker...especially if you apply my all inclusive wagering plan. And that doesn’t even take into account the exacta and other gimmick bets which turned out further gifts, some of them eye-poppers, using my easy to understand Exotic Wagering Guide which is a freebie. 

If making some side money from horse racing is a goal you might embrace, allow QPC to cram your clutch!
