Overall condition is acceptable...and on the low side at that. Suffice it to say, this book has seen a lot of use and to list all the flaws would be a bit much. The scans are of the actual front and back covers so use the enlargement feature to examine them up close. What isn't visible is the spine which has no vertical creases but has several horizontal wrinkles of which one is an actual crack which goes into the book by 5mm. There is also a 1cm tear in the upper front left corner. There is a scribble on the inside front cover, some humidity staining, and the interior pages have discolored with age.
