Overall condition is acceptable. This is a hardback book which is 8.5" X 9" in size. It is billed as a "flap book" as on each double spread page (meaning, the art for each passage covers two pages), there is a flap that the reader can open up to reveal a hidden piece of the story. The exterior of the book shows evident shelf/handling wear with some corner rounding while the interior pages have no writing or coloring on them though the blue material on the insides of the covers have rubbed off onto the first and last page. All of the "flaps" are present and not torn.
