| Our Policy on Stamp Certificates : | - Stamps sold with a certificate are not returnable on the basis of getting a new certificate.
- We must be notified of your intent to send a stamp for a certificate PRIOR to shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS. A copy of your request for certificate must be mailed or emailed to us within 7 days from the purchase date. No refunds after 120 days unless we extend, in writing, the time period allowed to obtain a certificate.
- Stamps found to be not genuine, or with the wrong Scott number, will be refunded for purchase price only! No opinion is not grounds for a return.
- Encapsulated or altered items are NOT returnable.
- Ungraded stamps sent in to be graded are NOT returnable, because they fail to meet a specific grade.
- We will not refund any fees regarding GRADED items. Certification Services that are allowed are APS.
- We do not guarantee gum, and stamps with scans are not returnable beyond the 7 days, for any perforation issues.
- Returns are allowed for stamps found to be thin or to have a tear not mentioned in our description or not visible in our scans.
