Seller's Description
Geraint Evans, Alexander Young, Owen Brannigan, Richard Lewis, John Cameron, James Milligan, Monica Sinclair, Edna Graham, Elsie Morison, Marjorie Thomas, Stella Hitchens, Lavinia Renton, Helen Watts with the Pro Arte Orchestra and the Glyndebourne Festival Chorus conducted by Sir Malcolm Sargent - ANGEL 3570 B/L - “Gilbert and Sullivan: The Gondoliers or The King of Barataria”. The records are in excellent condition except for a small area of groove damage that causes some hiss in that spot. Seems to have a bit of over modulation at spots which may have contributed to the flaw. The hinge has separated on the formerly hinge-lid box. The edges of box and lid have some breaks or partial breaks. Comes with a booklet. A 2-LP boxed set made in England.
