Notes:
Piece 12- SQUARE TABLE TOPPER: has been cut off for a 20” table, the cutoff piece for a 30” table is included.

The pattern pieces are in good used condition.

The instruction sheets are in good condition.

The envelope is in fair condition, there is a 3½” rip on the backand a 1” rip on the front. The front has been stamped by the fabric shop. (See Pictures).

The pattern package weighs 4.5 ounces (129 grams). Shipping weight will be 160 grams. The pattern envelope measures approximately 8½ X 5¾ X 1 inches (21.5 X 14.7 X 2.5 cm). Note the pattern pieces will be split in 2 piles and shipped in a larger envelope.

Don't you just hate it when you buy a pattern and there is a piece missing, or some pieces are cut to a smaller size then listed or worse yet some of the enclosed pieces are not even for the pattern you bought?

I have seen this with some of the patterns that I buy or that are given to me to sell.

That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
