Simplicity 8944 sewing pattern from the Christie Brinkley Collection. This 1988 dated pattern can be used to make a misses' dress, in three different styles, in a misses' sizes 8 (Eur. 36).
The pattern has been cut out already.

Simplicity 8944

MISSES' DRESS: Dress has slim skirt with back slit and zipper, camisole and hip drape with front tucks and back cascades. V. 1 and 2 are knee length. V. 3 is ankle length. V. 1 has long sleeves. V. 2 and 3 have extended shoulder forming cap sleeve.

FABRICS:
Soft fabrics: charmeuse, crepe de chine, jacquards, tissue faille, crepe, crepe back satin, satin, jerseys wool jersey. Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics. For pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics, use with nap yardages/layouts.

Notions: Thread, 7" zipper, hook and eye, seam tape or stretch lace, 1/2 shoulder pads or make your own pads; see Simplicity 7021. V. 1: Two 3/8" buttons.

The envelope is in fair condition with corner damage and the flap is missing. Someone has written on the front "Suzanne". (see Pictures).

The pattern pieces and instructions are in good, used, condition. Please note that they are wrinkled, possibly from water damage, and need to be ironed.

The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item
