Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has minor to moderate edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine, a 1 inch tear on the outer edge, some indents, and average shelf wear. The back cover has minor to moderate edge wear, a small tear and missing chip in the upper left corner, some edge chipping, and average shelf wear. The spine has two small wrinkles, moderate edge wear, and some edge chipping. Interior pages have discolored with age. The former owner wrote a "finished + date" on the first page in pen.
