Overall condition is acceptable. This is a first book club edition printing (February 1982) as the gutter code on page 274 is M07. The dust jacket has wear, to include corner chipping and tearing. Clear tape has been used to secure some of the larger tears to prevent further problems. This tape is on the inside of the dust jacket, not the outside. The book itself is in good shape with some wear on the spine edges and very little corner rounding. Interior pages have some discoloration with age.
