Seller's Description
Original glass vintage ad for SAMUEL RADFORD LTD. Fine China, Radford 3414 is a popular key border, on a solid best burnished gold band. This is the identical pattern supplied by Messrs. J. Shepherd and Son, Forfar, to her majesty The Queen Mother, when she was Duchess of York. Pattern 3269/5 shown on Toronto shape is groundlaid in maroon with panels of hand painted English flowers and finished in best burnished gold. Main office located in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, England. This old 1953 one page trade magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed and make a nice accompaniment to your china.
