Original gas and oil transport trade magazine vintage ad for the ROCKWELL SPRING AND AXLE COMPANY. Timken-Detroit Axle Division. Main office and plant was located in Detroit, Michigan. We grid truck axels to pieces in the new Timken-Detroit indoor proving ground. We jounce, twist, and grind them. We abuse, torture and ruin them. We duplicate any on-the-job hauling situation, then add several specialbrutal tests of our own. This old 1954 two page gatefold fleet truck parts advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
