This is a rare RIO MASQUERADE VILLAGE GRAND OPENING LAS VEGAS 1997 BRONZE & CLOISONNE MEDALLION.
This beautiful medal was created for the grand Opening of the Masquerade Village at Rio hotel and casino Las Vegas
The medallion is 1-5/8 inches in diameter (the size of a silver dollar) and weighs 41 grams ( 1-1/2 ounces) and appears to be made of bronze.
Information on this is hard to find and few ever seem to get listed. One source said they were given to VIP's at the Grand opening.
