Pretty Victorian Green & White Moulded Saucer

Beautiful saucer with a moulded design, pretty floral transferware, and a gilt rim. No maker's mark so I'm afraid I don't know the pottery. I would hazzard a guess that it might be Foley? If anyone can tell me I would love to know. In good condition, a little wear on the gilt, but no chips or cracks.
