Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has obvious wear from the decades with discoloration, soiling, and some staining along with moderate edge wear. The back cover is much the same as the front though the wear is a tad bit more, especially along the spine and corners. The spine has a curve and a single vertical crease (which is not overly evident) as caused by reading. The spine also has moderate to heavy edge wear. The previous owner's name/address is on the inside front cover in pen and periodically on some of the stores, there is a pencil check mark. The cover has some separation from the book but this can be easily repaired by carefully applying a thin line of white glue and allowing to dry. Interior pages have discolored with age and have some humidity staining (but no molding).
