Original U.S. 27 inch x 41 inch 1-Sheet Poster for the 1952 Sidney Salkow Western THE PATHFINDER, based on the novel by James Fenimore Cooper and starring George Montgomery, Helena Carter, Jay Silverheels as Chingachgook, Walter Kingsford, Rodd Redwing, Stephen Bekassy and Elena Verdugo.
Pathfinder, a white man raised by the Mohican Indians, joins forces with the British army to avenge himself on the Mingo warriors and the French, who have brought death and pillage to his people. He takes on a mission to retrieve secret plans from within the French fort at St. Vicente.
The poster is in very good folded condition with a short tear at the left edge, minor soiling and corner pinholes.
