Original Argentine 29 inch x 43 inch Poster for the 1964 Claude Lelouch Documentary PARIS IN THE RAW (LA FEMME SPECTACLE) featuring Marie-Ange Anies, Jean d'Estree, France-Noelle, Jean-Pierre Kalfon and Jean Lescot.
Both documentary and fiction film, La Femme Spectacle denounces modern society which makes women a commodity, an object, a tool for work or pleasure, through aesthetic institutes, fashion magazines and striptease. We discover a new, very strange world, where the ordinary woman strives to be a femme fatale, where the woman in love becomes murderous, where the stripper turns out to be a transvestite. Finally, a world where the everyday woman is a permanent spectacle.
The poster is in very good folded condition. There are small holes at the cross folds.
