Our Padparadscha CZ looks remarkably like the stuff that comes from the ground, but tons cleaner and with a lot better color. Oh, and it's affordable. I can't even guess what a real one this size one run, but it'd be in the 5 digits for sure. Oh, you ask, just what IS Padparadscha Sapphire? Well, it's basically a bright Orange Sapphire from the mining district of Padparadscha, India. It's essentially played out now, but 20 years ago, it was producing Orange Sapphire with the most amazing play of red and yellow fire. Alas, no more. We do have a source, though, for an Orange-Red CZ with the same awesome color attributes, and for a ton less money. This pendant is a simple, classic design. It's more about the stone than the pendant, but the pendant itself is not quiet. A single CZ accent above the stone at the bail -- altogether, a nice package. (If you want something beside the CZ Accent, let us know...) We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff... It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that won't set you back a month just to get one. ______________________________________________________________________ BTW, Since we make this from scratch after you order it, we have a lot of flexibility.
