- This beautiful dress has a handkerchief style hem and an attached shrug on the top. The outer layers of the dress are transparent and have a tie-dyed pattern in shades of blue and green. (The shrug is a little paler and lighter blue color than it looks in the photos.) The dress is fully lined, except for the upper back, which is not transparent. The fabric in the torso area is gently draped and gathered and embellished with three vertical rows of ribbon, each ending in a light blue bow just below the waist. The skirt has three layers; two transparent layers falling to different lengths and the liner underneath. There are 3/4 inch shoulder straps under the shrug. This is a pull-on dress with no buttons or zippers.

- Measurements (when laid flat): Shoulders 10-1/2", Chest about 12", Length at longest point of hem 25-3/4"
