Postally used on 12 October 1938 with Natural Bridge cancellation on green 1 cent stamp and sent to Mrs Annie L. Rogers, c/o Mrs Bessie Brown, State Route, Bethesda, Ohio, and forwarded to Barnesville with Bethesda duplex postmark on 15 October 1938.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but heavy crossing out of address which shows through to the front.
