This sale includes the CD-ROM in a CD Case with the original Certificate of Authenticity and rear artwork. My computer will not load this software as this software is too old for my computer. The CD has a few scratches on it.
Microsoft Picture It! 99
Picture It 99 is the latest consumer photo-editing software from Microsoft (in it’s day). According to the Microsoft press release, the individual with this software can create a wide variety of output with the same high, professional-looking, quality that one gets from a photo developer. Picture It contains the wizards and tools to enable novices as well as advanced users to create perfect pictures every time.
Picture It 99 has the Workbench tab which is where you can correct, alter, enhance and overlay pictures as well as distort, add artistic effects, swap bodies, emphasize objects, clone, create stamps and turn your color pictures into black and white. You can add text to personalize photos or projects. The things that you can do with text are limited only by your imagination. It is possible to create slide shows and to send photos, slide shows or multimedia postcards by e-mail or post them to the Internet. Pictures can be scanned or taken from a CD that the photo shop has made for you or a project can be done using the graphics from the CD.
In three easy steps take your photographs from trash to flash with Microsoft Picture It! 99. First, acquire your pictures from a digital camera, scanner, disk, or elsewhere. Then, using the provided editing tools, remove imperfections, change backgrounds and borders, fix "red eye" problems, add wacky visual effects, and much more. The final step, showing it to others, is made simple: you can print it off your color printer, send it to the Kodak PhotoNet Online service and they will print it for you, or attach it as an e-mail.
