Seller's Description
Here is a beautiful hand numbered collector plate by Sebastian Miniatures titled "The Candy Store". The porcelain plate shows a bas-relief scene of a candy store owner waiting on a little girl with the mother standing by. The pewter frame has a floral pattern. The back reads:
THE CANDY STORE
There was a time when a kindly candy store owner waited patiently while a little girl made her penny purchase.

This plate measures about 6 inches in diameter and is in mint condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. I don't believe it was ever displayed. The plate comes in the original box with the blue velvet backing inside.
