Vintage Ceramic Pottery Still Bank in the Shape of a Bank Building (Please read condition notes below!)
What better place to store your coins than in a bank building? This is a vintage ceramic or pottery still bank in the shape of a bank building. The bank has cobalt blue trim with tan stripes on a white background. It looks like it is hand painted with a shiny glaze. The coin slot is behind the "Bank" sign on the front of the building. This bank measures about 4-1/2" wide and about 5-3/4" tall at its highest point. The rubber stopper in the bottom is intact.
This bank is in very good condition. There are two very shallow paint chips which are indicated with arrows in the second photo above. They are on the right side at the back and cannot be seen when the bank is facing forward. Aside from the two chips, I don't see any other flaws. (All other white spots in the photos are from my camera's flash.) This bank is completely functional as a still bank and would also make a great addition to a vintage bank collection!
