This is a lot of TWO rim soup bowls by Noritake in the beautiful "Roanne" pattern (#5794). This discontinued pattern was made between 1956 and 1963. These are white bowls with a pink rose in the center bottom of each and taupe and platinum trim bands. Each bowl measures about 7-3/4" in diameter. Noritake Japan mark and pattern name on bottom.

These bowls are free of chips or cracks. If held under a bright light, minor utensil marks are visible. There is quite a bit of wear to the platinum trim on both bowls and the thin inner platinum trim ring on one of the bowls is almost completely gone. Otherwise, these bowls are in very good vintage condition. They would make great replacement pieces or additions to your collection!
