Found these in a box of sewing patterns that I bought from a local Thrift Store. All the instructions and pattern pieces are there as well as the original adoption papers in 3 languages (English, French Canadian and Spanish). Plus I have included a photo copy of the Adoption papers for the second kit.

The instruction Sheets Measure:
First sheet: 8½ X 11 inches (27.4 X 21.5 cm)
Second Sheet Precious: 3 X 11 inches (7.6 X 21.5 cm)
Second Sheet Rudy: 3-5/8 X 9¼ inches (9.2 X 23.4 cm)

For Precious, you will need to supply:
1 pair adult sized work sock (eg Rockford Red Heel socks)
White Felt for Diaper - approx. 12¼ X 9¼ inches (31 X 23.2 cm).
Pink felt for Bib Trim, Pacifier, Bow - approx. 5 ½ X 5 inches (14 X 12.7 cm)
Blue Felt for Bib & Bib Straps – 1 piece approx. 10 X ¼ inches (25 X 0.6 cm), 1 piece 4-3/8 X 3¾ inches (11 X 9.5 cm).
Yellow? Yarn for Hair – approx. 12 ½ inches (32 cm)
2 Black Buttons for Eyes - approx. 5/8 inches (1.5 cm) diameter
1 White Button for Bow - approx. ½ inch (1.2 cm) diameter
1 White Bone Ring for Pacifier – approx. ¾ inch (0.9 cm) diameter
For Rudy, you will need to supply:
1 pair adult sized work sock (eg Rockford Red Heel socks)
Red Felt for Shirt - approx. 13 X 11¼ inches (33 X 28.4 cm).
White Felt for Diaper - approx. 12¼ X 9¼ inches (31 X 23.2 cm).
Brown Felt for Antlers – approx. 10½ X 4¾ inches (27 X 11.5 cm)
Green Felt for Holly – approx. 3 X 1¼ inches (8 X 3.2 cm)
1 Red Pom-pom for Nose – approx. 1 inch (2.4 cm) diameter
2 Black Buttons for Eyes - approx. 5/8 inches (1.5 cm) diameter
2 Red Buttons for Holly – approx. 3/8 inches ( 0.9 cm) diameter
White 6 strand floss as needed for embroidering “I Believe”
Green 6 strand floss as needed for embroidering edges of the shirt
Black 6 strand floss as needed for mouth, eye lashes, pom-pom strap and neck.

Also needed:
Sewing Machine, Fiberfill, Scissors, Thread, Diaper Pin or Safety Pin, Iron-on Transfer Pen.

It is just the instructions and pattern pieces.

The instructions had been folded in quarters. The folded instructions, pattern pieces and Adoption papers are all in a ziplock bag and will be shipped in this bag in a plain envelope via letter mail.

The package measures 8¾ X 7 X 3/8 inches (22 X 17.7 X 1 cm) and weighs 1.3 ounces (37 gr). Shipping weight will be 70 grams.

These will ship via letter mail in Canada and all other countries.
