PEAR N APPLE - jam jar and underplate – LEFTON
This is a PEAR N APPLE also called PEAR N APPLE WHITE JAM JAR and UNDERPLATE made by LEFTON china. These are decorated with pears, branches with white and pink flowers and has sponged gold trim around the scalloped rims and finial. The jam jar is approximately 4” tall and the underplate saucer is approximately 6” across.
Both pieces has a blue and gold Lefton crown used 1956 - 1967 and the underplate the number NE4255 on the bottom.
This appears in great condition as I can find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss.
