CRIMSON ROSE - 9 piece breakfast set - LEFTON
This is a beautiful 9 piece CRIMSON ROSE BREAKFAST SET made by the famous LEFTON COMPANY. This set consists of a teapot, cereal bowl, bread plate, breakfast plate, cup, saucer, egg cup, sugar and creamer. Each piece is trimmed in gold and has pink roses on a white background. The approximate sizes are ---- teapot 5 ½” to top of finial, breakfast plate 8 ¼”, bread plate 6 ¼”, cereal bowl 6 ⅛” across x 1 ½” deep, cup 2” tall x 3 ¾” across, saucer 5 ½”, sugar 3” to top of finial, creamer 2 ¾” and egg cup 3”.
Each piece is marked with a blue and gold Lefton crown used 1956 - 1967 and the number 566 on the bottom. All pieces EXCEPT the teapot and bowl have a red with gold Lefton label used 1956 -1966.
This set appears to be in excellent condition I can find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss.
