This set of books was purchased and just placed on a shelf, hardly ever opened, was more for display than actually being read.  

This is a set of hardcover books in GREAT condition with original dust jackets as issued and are bound in black leatherette with gilt and blue embellishments on the spines and deckled page edges. The bindings are tight and solid, all pages intact, none loose, all crisp and clear.  Edges and corners of the dust jackets show very little wear. 

Each book measures approximately 8.5" x 5.5" and are book club editions.
