Jarman’s punkrock anti-celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee is an original, outrageous, clever report of the state of the British nation in 1978. Queen Elizabeth 1’s court alchemist transports her into the future post-apocalyptic wasteland of roving girl gangs, an all-powerful media mogul, fascistic police, scattered filth, and twisted sex.
The poster is in good to very good unfolded (rolled) condition with slight warping at the lower corners and minor soiling at the top edge.
