Why does Jimmy BX5 Pro mattress vacuum cleaner UV light not work?
1. Check if UV light is on. If off, press mode button to turn it on.
2. 2 sensors or micro-switch wheels on base to auto turn off UV light if device is lifted up/tiled. Turn device upside down, cover 2 sensors or press down 2 micro switch wheels.

How to deal with BX5 Pro Brush roller not working issue?
1. Check it Tap indicator is on. If off, press mode button to turn the function on.
2.If Tap indicator is on, turn off device and check whether there is hair or fiber entangling around brush roller. Clean the brush roller and try again.

Vacuum has no suction/Abnormal noise/Over heating/Auto turn off
1. BX5 Pro only cleans soft fabric surface, not for hard floor, furniture or leather surface.
2. Turn off the the device, clean dust cup. If filter is too dirty, replace a new one.
3. Turn off the device, and then turn it on after 30 minutes.
