Here's one of my handiest procedures for picking the ponies and piling up profits. The tactics used in this everlasting combat are revealed in the sub-title: A Three-Tiered Plan To Fill Your "Value Pocket" and that's precisely what TCC accomplishes as a mid-range long shot system that can be used by heavy action and spot players alike.

I whittled TCC into shape in a methodical process that took more than six months to refine. No truly outstanding method is drawn up in a few days and planted on a single piece of paper. This latest work added to my certified best-seller creations. 

The Phillips Racing Newsletter, considered the industry's bible, reviewed TCC in their August, 2009, issue and, as I predicted, they not only found it worthy of "a solid 7" but their 50-race workout turned out a win percentage 10% higher than mine! Add to that the fact that TCC material is soooo easy to digest and put into practice. Once a race is identified as playable, finding the top qualifier takes but a couple of minutes. Further, when a TCC  horse fails to cross the line first, it more often than not takes down a place and/or show award at a clip of nearly 70% while many times paying more than the winner, as shown in the full workout I'll provide.

One more important point: the Best Bet option caught a return on investment of 56% on the win end with an average mutual of $12.32! That's from a comprehensive 37-day work out that covered multiple tracks daily. It's all there with examples and full results, nothing is skimmed over, including wagering plans to fit your comfort level. One workout highlight from Louisiana Downs saw the method score a second and three straight victories from four plays ($9.80, $15.40 & $8.80) plus cold-deck trifecta's of $378.80 and $137.20. Similar results were plucked from the likes of Del Mar, Saratoga, Belmont, Arlington Park and many more in other action. TCC uncovered $13.00, $14.40 and $14.20 boxcar wins on the Breeder's Cup November 1, 2009, card at Santa Anita! 

Despite a marred start in the big money classic, Bayern survived an inquiry into his wire to wire victory. Most "experts" didn't find this gutsy speedster even worthy of an in-the-money placement. Wisely join the body of happy owners who now use TCC exclusively to nail down winners. Try it, you'll like it.
