Original pottery vintage ad for J. W. RATCLIFFE AND SONS LTD. FBT Mita Carbide Tipped pottery tools supplied. Also have flat profile, cup profile, spreader, sorting and scrapping tools, and plate gauges. They can be fitted with a Hardened steel Back, which needs little attention until the Carbide Tips requires regrinding. Main office located at The Old Boro Works, Shelton New Road, Newcastle, Staffs. This old 1953 one page ceramic trade magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
