Detailed Condtion : Beautiful condition, no flaws! Comes in original box.
- Jeweled Victorian chair with cat sitting on seat cushion trinket box
- Chair is elaborately encrusted with tiny enameled flowers and embellished with sparkly crystals. (The photos really don't do it justice!) A kitty with green crystal eyes relaxes on the seat cushion. The kitty on the cushion is attached with embedded magnets. Yellow enameled interior.
- The chair is about 3-3/4" tall and at about 8 ounces, is heavy for its size
- Comes in original satin lined box. No marks of origin on trinket box but box says "Impulse Intl. Collectables, Las Vegas, NV"
- My understanding is that trinket boxes of this type are hand crafted using a proprietary process that involves the application of a semi-precious metal plating over pewter. The plating is then painted with enamels and other paints and kiln fired. A variety of colorful crystals that suit each unique piece are then hand applied.
- This trinket box appears is in excellent "like new" condition; the box shows just a little shelf wear
