Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, a very small tear in the lower left corner, creases in multiple areas across the cover, some indents and scuffing, writing in pen, and a crease running parallel to the spine. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front (to include writing) though the creasing is more obvious, there is a small corner tear (lower right) and there is a small one on the outer edge along with a chip where the tear is. The spine has heavy edge wear and a single vertical crease. The interior pages have discolored with age and there is some writing on the first page.
