3. All prices are in U.S. Currency. International bidders are welcomed, but you have to agree to all terms stated to avoid any miscommunication.

5. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 4 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action. YOU are responsible to contact me PRIOR to sending payment to avoid any miscommunication.

6. SHIPPING POLICY: The winning buyer is responsible for Actual Shipping Charges, whatever they may be, when the auction is completed. Handling time can take up to 7 business days due to schedule. ALL magazines/DVDs are shipped via Media Mail unless buyer requests faster service. Willing to ship overseas, but postage rate will need to be adjusted depending on country.

7. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyers package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
